What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser or device. Some are necessary for the shop to work at all (e.g. the cart or login); others — with your consent — help us measure traffic or show relevant ads. We also use similar technologies (localStorage, pixels); in this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

Consent and changing it
On your first visit you choose the allowed cookie categories in the cookie banner. Analytics and marketing tools are not loaded at all without your consent (Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time via the footer link or the banner settings. Refusing consent does not limit your purchase in any way.
Cookie categories we use
Required for the shop’s basic operation — without them you cannot purchase. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site; no consent is required. They include:
- cart — the cart identifier so it survives between visits,
- login — the customer-account security token,
- saved cookie consent — so we remember your choice and don’t show the banner on every visit,
- technical settings — e.g. the selected site language.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — anonymised measurement of traffic and on-site behaviour (which pages are viewed, where visitors come from). Helps us improve the site. Cookie lifetime up to 2 years.
- Meta Pixel / Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — measurement and personalisation of Facebook and Instagram ads,
- Ecomail (ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o.) — tracking of viewed pages and cart contents for e-mail marketing (e.g. an abandoned-cart reminder if you have given us your e-mail).

Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Data from analytics and marketing cookies is processed on our behalf (or as independent controllers) by Google, Meta and Ecomail; consent is managed by us directly on this site (a first-party cookie, no external tool). Google and Meta may process data outside the EU/EEA, mainly in the USA — transfers are protected by the adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
