21 days on the shelf. Water evaporates, the soap hardens and becomes gentler on skin. We pack it only when it's ready.

Because we cut it by hand with a wire, not by machine. The size and the pattern on top vary — a mark of handwork, not a defect. The weight stated with the product always applies.
Saponification done cold. We don't heat the mixture, so more of the oils' beneficial compounds and the natural glycerine stay in the soap. The reward is a gentler soap — but it has to cure longer.
Palm oil can be replaced — we use olive, coconut and castor oil. The same lather, no pressure on tropical rainforests.
A solid soap lasts weeks with normal use. Let it dry between uses on a draining soap dish and it will last significantly longer.
