Shipping & payment

Delivery methods

We ship via courier or to pickup points. The checkout only shows methods available for your delivery country:

• Packeta — pickup points and Z-BOXes, or courier to your address,
• GLS — courier to your address,
• DPD — courier to your address or a Pickup point,
• Personal pickup — by arrangement at our premises at Montážna 22B, 971 01 Prievidza, Slovakia (free of charge).

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days (for prepayment, from the moment the payment is credited). Indicative delivery times after dispatch: courier 1–2 business days, pickup points 2–3 business days. We e-mail you the dispatch confirmation with tracking.

Personal pickup

By arrangement, you can collect your order in person at our premises: MusK, Montážna 22B, 971 01 Prievidza, Slovakia. Arrange the time by e-mail at info@musk.sk or by phone at +421 948 312 415; we will let you know when the order is ready. On pickup you can pay in cash or by card on the spot. (A personal-pickup option directly in the e-shop checkout is coming soon.)

Shipping cost

Shipping depends on the delivery country, chosen method and parcel weight — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you place the order. Above a certain order value shipping is free; the current threshold is shown directly in the shop and cart.

Payment methods

• Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay — online via the GoPay payment gateway (where available at checkout); card details are entered directly with the gateway and never reach us,
• Bank transfer — payment details and a QR code are e-mailed once your order is prepared (so you know everything is in stock); goods are dispatched after the payment is credited,
• Cash on delivery — pay in cash or by card on receipt; the COD fee is shown at checkout.

All prices include VAT. Invoices are sent by e-mail. Details incl. withdrawal and complaints are governed by the terms & conditions and the Returns & claims page.
